Fortnite Lagging on a Decent Computer

Hi, whenever I play Fortnite, I always lag and I have lowered settings and I always seem to lag and I have tried to watch videos but they don't help. They were fine a few months ago, but now they are messed up. I have tried messing with my AMD Radeon settings, but I think I messed those up. I noticed that when I have V-Sync on, I do not lag at all, but when I have it off, it stutters and I lag. Please help, this has been affecting my gameplay and it is not smooth.

Do you know what hardware you have? If v-sync smooths it out for you, how come you're not using it?

What's your computer ?

If you activate v-sync and it does not lag it means your are getting high fps on a 600 hz monitor.
Activate v-sync to get rid of the problem.

I play Fortnite often, and lag. Not horrible lag, its bareable, its really stuttery and laggy it throws me off in fights and in the game. They are like small lag spikes every now and then and are really horrible and irritating. I really need a fix or help. I know my PC can run it, I just do not know why it is doing this.
