Fortnite Low FPS problem

i have a problem with fortnite with my PC, i should get 70-100fps on fortnite due to my specs but i get 50-fps with a lot of Fps drops and lag i dont know the sullotio

My build is
Deepcool tesseract case
Cool master 500W
Intel i3-7100 3.9ghz
GTX 1050ti 4gb
4gb ddr4 2133mhz
1tb harddrive
Asus H110M-D motherboard

Where did you see that you could get 100?
Also you have 4GB of ram which is limiting you as you put higher graphics details.

my fps would always rang from 70 to about 100, but latley its just bad 40-55fps stuttering A LOT, so ur saying getting another 8gb would be th soltion?

Check in task manager what uses cpu most.

no, I have not installed any apps nor software my CPU mostly uses the apps that I use or that run in the background like chrome or Spotify, and I don't know about any new updates that screws up fortnite that much, I have only had this pc for a couple of months and when I first got it it was running really smoothly
