[SOLVED] Fortnite Stuttering On Midend Setup

Usually happens in the start of the game, every time I move my mouse it just stutters. 5-6 minutes in though, it stops. It gets very annoying though, It says I have 150+ FPS always and it just stutters?

Specs:

Intel Core I5-2400

Nvidia GT 1030

12GB Ram

Really both the sandy bridge I5 and GT1030 are not the best for competitive online multiplayer games.
