Ever since the new update 15.40, i have gotten freezes, fps drops and stutters when in the in-game lobby, gunfights, and stacked creative games, Its only fortnite and Ive tried dx11 dx12 performance mode

These are the solutions i have tried that didnt work
Newest drivers, rolled back and tried other drivers
After updating my drivers it made it more unstable. 457.51 worked better than 461.40.
I allowed fortnite through firewall and it helped a tiny but its still bad
I disabled full screen optimisations, optimised 3d settings,
I even formatted my whole pc and its only fortnite that lags
CPU and GPU temps and clocks are fine
