Fortnite won't go into true full screen, just borderless window saying its in fullscreen

Exactly as the title, I don't know why it's being like this, I could access my other monitor easily which is convenient but I don't feel like I'm getting my full on experience with my 140hz monitor, it doesn't feel smooth most of the time when I play and when I play on CS:GO, it always feels miles smoother than it, even Battlefeild 1 or R6.
 


A dvi cable, and how do you think I can prove it?
 


Yeah, I'll try unreal tournament to see if that works (another game on the same engine and launcher), but all other games would go into true Fullscreen when I tried, I don't know if it's because of Unreal Engine but...


Ok, so I tried it, and it didn't work or fail the way I expected it, it still didn't feel at all smooth, but whenever I would alt-tab it woul minimize like a true Fullscreen, but whenever I just moved m y cursor to my other screen it wouldn't do anything, I could click, type, everything...
