How the hell do i report forum content to moderators. no i do not want to report one now, but just wanna know

Along the top of each post are a bunch of almost-impossible-to-see grey links. The timestamp serves as a permalink to the post, the BBCode link pops up a window with the post shown exactly how it was typed in and the Report link, well, reports. It used to be red, but someone decided that it was better to hide it...
