I have gone to Disk Management after I plug my second HDD into my PC, but nothing comes up. What do I do?

1. Verify both cables are connected properly

2. Show us a screencap of your Disk Management window

What options does it give you when you Right click on the space to the left where it says "Offline" ?

You need to remove the E drive letter from that System Reserved partition.
