Forza Horizon 3 PC Teredo problem

Hello guys,
after playing forza on xbox for a while i thought i try it on PC. Now i have the problem that i get Teredo is unable to qualify on Xbox PC. I can't find teredo in device manager and i cant add it thru legacy hardware. I did all the troubleshootings from official xbox and users.

I hope someone could help me thanks!

Which Forza? Horizon 3 is currently the only cross-platform-compatible version, and I don't think you can just take the XBox disc and chuck it into your PC; I could be wrong, though.

I have the digital version which means i can download it on win10 and use the xbox app on pc. If i check the network i get this "Teredo is unable to qualify on Xbox PC" i did everything on here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/troubleshoot-party-chat and also restarted ip helper like some people tell on youtube videos. I just cant get this teredo running. Sorry for my grammar

I just noticed that you said Horizon 3 in the title. *smacks self*

Here are some steps you can follow; if that doesn't work, I'd put in a ticket with Microsoft.

Yeah i did that 5 times yesterday thanks for trying to help tho, im chatting with xbox atm to see how to fix this.
