Forza horizon 3 wont start

Hi, i recently bought forza horizon 3 and downloaded it at my friends house and played it a bit there. Because of my data issues where i live i usually download games at my friends house and transfer it to my desktop at home.
This game is a windows app xbox thing though, so i couldnt transfer ut, i tried changing owner from trustedinstaller to my user but that didnt work.

Now the game wont boot on my laptop though, it worked fine at my friends house. In event viewer it just says that the app failed to launch. Ive tried changing owner back to trustedinstaller but that didnt work. Help please!

Sounds like there are ownership discrepancies in the registration of the product. No option but to download at one location and install games and software ONCE, on one device. Transferring like this always causes problems - especially where companies like Microsoft are concerned!
