forza horizon 3

hi all,

my brother has a pc spec as below can add more if needed,

Asus gtx 760
Intel I5 2500k
16gb ram
256 SSD

basically i gathered his card is way too low to power forza horizon 3 and if he bought one of the new gtx 1000 series card would he be able to run it well enough or would he need to upgrade his board and chip etc ? and if so baring in mind hes on a budget would the 1060 be enough ? or need more ?

the 1060 would be plenty. however he would also be fine with the rx 470/480 as well.
