Question Forza Horizon 4. LAG.

Hello everyone. I have a problem that really irritates me. Whenever I open the game, my connection starts to lagging. As soon as I close the game, everything is normal. I have a laptop that doesn't even meet the minimum requirements. Could this have anything to do with it?

How can I see if my newtork card use CPU? My PC is Lenovo Y520 with the 1050ti.
