[SOLVED] Forza Horizon 4 Micro Stuttering, New 144hz Monitor.

Good evening guys, Got my first 144hz monitor today (MSIG241) IPS, absolutely blown away, coming from a 60hz Tn panel. However, As some of you guys will know getting 144fps in every game is ambitious, I get about 100fps in warzone, no stuttering or tearing (Monitor is freesync, but Ive got 1650 super) CSGO runs fine, as does ets2, bo2, Gta V, but Forza Horizon 4 is running at 100-120 fps on Medium, but has micro stuttering that I didnt experience on my 60hz panel. I know this can be down to different fps vs my refresh rate, but why on this game am I experiencing this stutter? Could someone please shed some light! thanks
please note, GTA V, Warzone run at about 100fps, and do NOT have this micro stutter. However FH4 does.

I am connected via display port.

Open task manager. then monitor what is being maxed out. are all cores on the cpu on 100% if so, your cpu is bottleneck
