[SOLVED] Forza Horzion 4 Stutters like crazy on somewhat good PC. NEED HELP!

So I've had both Forza Horizon 3 and 4 (ultimate editions, a crap ton of money), and my pc is this:
i5 6600k (OC to 4.3 Ghz)
GTX 970 4GB DDR5 OCed (from MSI)
8GB RAM DD4 @ 2.4 ghz
no matter if it's on ultra or low, the game stutters after some time of playing, both games, i've tried everything (disabling microphone, disabling OC, prefering maximum performance in nvidia control panel, turning off some demanding video settings, which haven't worked suprisingly...), litreally, please give me any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated! It's a game too nice not to be played or to be run like that... I PREFER LOW FPS (25-30) to stuttering, really!

Ram issue, you need 16gb to run without stutters.

Unfortunate but its a fact, plenty of posts with similar issues, doubling the ram to 16gb solved pretty much all of them.
