FORZA racing

For a fun racing sim I think FORZA; the new X-box only game that really may be the real deal. It looks amazing on that Volvo commercial.
This is the one they need to upgrade into a real comprehensive PC game format.
Does anyone know anything about this game and the possibilities of it or something comparable for the PC???
