Found a Cheap Radeon 6990- Is it legit?

There is the ebay link for the Radeon 6990 and this has intrigued me for a few days because this card compares to the R9 280x in performance. I just don't want to find out I was scammed after buying this.

That isn't a real 6990. Do NOT buy this product.

EDIT: http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/graphics/desktop/6000/6990 It isn't possible to fit two GPU on such a small card. At least not yet..

That looks like an HD7750. I've reported the Ebay item as fraud.

I looked closer and it seems the chip set corresponds to a 6990M, so thank you for your help.
