Found a cool cooler

I'm getting an Antec Nine Hundred case, so I'm also looking at various coolers for the system and I found this one:

It looks wicked awesome, but I have no clue wether this is a good cooler or not. Does anyone here have experience with these coolers? Both good and bad.

this is a direct rip off of the famous zalman 9700. personally, i'd stick with zalman 9700

it isn't the best cooler but it does look cool i would get a true or the xigmatek and just put a led fan on it if you want it to look cool

If you value looks over performance, go for it. If you want more performance, the suggestion above is the way to go. Personally, I'd go with the Xigmatek since it's much cheaper and performs pretty close the the TRUE.

I found the Xigmatek site, but I can't find that TRUE page with google...

How about those Zalman 9700 coolers? The 8700 got slaughtered in the test here. I think it was the 8700 they tested. Does anyone have experience with these?

the 9700 is okay but price performance it isn't the greatest. it does look pretty cool though.
you can mount a blue led fan to the xigmatek and it will look similar to the tuniq with a blue led

and what case are you using?

I found the Xigmatek site, but I can't find that TRUE page with google...

TRUE is an Acronym, it stands for Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme. You will have better luck googling that.

Unless you can find the Zalmon 9700 for under $40, it's way too overpriced for the performance it gives.
