Found a piece of something on top of my psu from my motherboard

hi there i just recently re wired my pc to hide them up better and gave it a clean and i found this on top of my psu guessing it fell off my mother board while re wiring any one know what it could be

dont think i can upload a picture its a tiny square of grey plastic with two tiny springs on either end of one side

Looks almost like the door for an optical audio port (#2 in the pic):

thats what i though as i did bend it by accident getting the pc out and it sits loose now. ill try and fix it thanks
