Found an used computer, is it a good buy?

Good afternoon,

I am right now looking for a replacement for my 5 year old laptop and I think I will opt for a desktop this time around.

I was looking online for parts and prices and when I looked in the used market, I found this computer:

Processor AMD RYZEN 5 2600X
Graphics card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming
RAM Corsair: 16GB KIT DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Vengeance LED - red LED
Motherboard: MSI B350M MORTAR
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C Mini Dark TG
PSU: Corsair VS650
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: ADATA XPG SX6000 SSD 128GB

This was for 960 eurs.

Do you think this is a good price, or should I build my own?

if you bought all the parts second hand you'd probably save 100-200 euros.

i wouldn't pay that much for it, maybe try to negotiate down
