Found other people photos in my PC! How is this possible?

Hello everybody!

Today I found something very very unsual in my pc. I opened recycle bin and I found there deleted pictures of Indian people, looks like someone whatsapp messages or something like that. And the photos are deleted today!

How can that happen? I am using windows 10 and a month ago I did a format and reinstalled system. I don't have many software installed (Office 2017, Android Studio and Google Drive) and I really don't know how these pictures got in!

Has anything like that ever happened to you??

Are you in a homegroup? is this a laptop or PC?

shame properties didn't show who created file

have you run an antivirus scan? Malwarescan?

Thank you for your answer! I am not in any HomeGroup and this is a laptop.
I did run a malware scan but nothing found!

What can i do now?

Anti virus as well? what firewall do you use? I would be paranoid and wonder who has access to all my files. Do you take laptop out of home?

I don't understand how they were deleted from your recycle bin either.

Is laptop password protected? I would change password and maybe even go as far as fresh install again.
