Found out that the Fx 9590 Is 4 Cores And 8 Threads

Ok so I was in cinebench and I saw that my cpu said I had 4 cores and 8 threads and I was like ummm k, then I checked task manager and it said 4 cores and 8 logical processors so really the fx 9590 is just a 4 core cpu with hyper threading....

No the 9590 is halfway between 8 fully independent cores and 4 cores with hyperthreading. The 9590 (and all the current FX CPUs) have groups of two cores that share some resources. Read the Wikipedia articles on Piledriver and Bulldozer architectures.
