Question Found This Build, Just Want Minor Tweaks 1400$

I don't know much about computer parts and I found this build on here.

The person who posted this was also looking for a portable PC build for University. The games I plan on playing are more heavy on the CPU and use a good bit of processing power. So, any recommendations to upgrade this build?
The main game I play is Hearts of Iron IV which in the late game uses a lot of processing power to count all the in game ticks. But I also play some FPS games like Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege. Id be willing to bump the price up to 1550$. But I wanted to use 150$ for a new monitor.

I also noticed the build has incompatibilities. Let me know what you all think

Well its not too portable, maybe bring it home with me every other weekend or on breaks and leave it my dorm/apt. I also dont want to overpay for a laptop when I know the hardware in custom builds are much better hardware wise for the price.

I have a cheap 200$ chromebook which I will use for classes for notes
