I am buying a new PC and am confused between geting GTX 1070 1070ti and 1080
i will be gaming on 1080p 144hz with i7 8700
but the main concer is which card should i get in my region
1) gtx 1070 ti founders edition is 560$
2) Asus GTX 1070 strix OC edition is 760$
#) ASUS GTX 1080 is 865$

Solution

I'm sure it'll be fine, but comparing it to lets say, a triple fan Gigabyte or Asus model they'll run a bit cooler and be quieter.

Those price differences are not worth it for the extra cooling.

I usually recommend staying away from the Founders editions since they run hot and loud but for that price though compared to the other cards I'd say choice one is your best bet. Just create a custom fan curve to keep it cool or buy a aftermarket shroud/fan for it.

A 1070TI and 1080 are pretty similar in performance.

Not sure why those prices are so varied - The 1070 should be the cheapest, with the 1070TI being $50-$100 less than the 1080.

While a FE card is not the best re: Cooling, for those prices... it makes a lot of sense.
