founders edition vs custom graphics card

i was about to buy a 1070 custom for $380 but i was offered a founders edition for the same price, which one should i buy?

rest of the components

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: be quiet! - Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

depend on your feel, If you worried about temperature, you should go away from founder edition, because FE series has higher temp target than the custom gpu between 80-85. i suggest you to buy at least 2 fans gpu. and for motherboard, i think there is B450 already stock on shop.

i know but b350 are cheaper and come with a bios update that supports 2nd gen ryzen

IF the B350 has been updated to support 2nd Gen, then there's no harm in saving a bit of money.

As for GPUs, are you comparing New vs Used?

Which, specific "custom" card?

If the custom card is used, then I'd opt for the FE card at the same money.

If you have a tight fit in a case, the FE might help a bit on other component temps (not exhausting into the chassis itself).

the FE was only used for a few weeks as a showcase, the custom card is the EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 3.0 black edition, im using a full ATX motherboard and a mid tower case so i doubt space is gonna be a mayor problem.
