I had the same issue. I see a lot of people resolving this in different ways.
I have a 11400F and a 3070. It would beep 5 times before boot but did not beep using an old GT710 GPU.
CSM was already disabled. The problem was the CMOS battery. You should check the voltage of the battery with a multi-meter, don't just unplug your PC and check time etc as was suggested above .
My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z590M but it's new-old stock so would have been sitting for over a year. Old CMOS battery was 3.03V new is 3.30V. New battery installed and no more beeping with the 3070.
