As a novice in pc building, there are 4 usb 3 ports on my motherboard, yet only two usb 3 ports on my case. Is there any way I can make more ports on the case? The motherboard and case are really good components and I don't really want to switch them.

Solution
You can add rear panel brackets to populate the unoccupied headers on the motherboard. Like this one: https://www.amazon.com/CHENYANG-Female-Mount-Motherboard-bracket/dp/B00L2N4UFU

Also there are 3.5 and 5 1/2 front panels for more usb from the motherboard but i don't see any bays available on your case

For adding more front usb you need the diy approach to cut a hole and screw/hotglue some the usb part from the bracket shown in 1st link (remove the metal bracket and remain just with the dual usb with the cable that plugs on mb)

The USB info from the Asus page

AMD Ryzen™ 2nd Generation/ Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics/ Ryzen™ 1st Generation/7th Generation A-Series/Athlon X4 Processors :
4 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 port(s) (4 at back panel, blue, Type-A)
AMD X470 chipset :
1 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 front panel connector port(s)
AMD X470 chipset :
4 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue, Type-A + USB Type-CTM, 2 at mid-board)
AMD X470 chipset :
4 x USB 2.0 port(s) (4 at mid-board)
ASMedia® USB 3.1 Gen 2 controller :
2 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 port(s) (2 at back panel, teal blue, Type-A)

There are a TON of USB 3.1 ports on the back panel including a type C.

It looks like there are total of three USB 3.1 ports that could be connected to the front panel. You are only missing 1 the way I read it.

not on the case unless you get a case that has more built in.

The Meshify C TG is a dope choice btw, I have the black one.

I assume the reason you want more on the front is for easy access correct?

If that's the case, then you can just get a USB hub and a USB extension cable and mount the hub to your desk, or even mount it to the case somewhere.

Excellent idea, and where else on the case are there ports beside the front?

Also, because I get to talk to someone with the Meshify C TG, is it worth it and how is the airflow/overall how good is the case?

yes, the main reason I bought the Meshify C was because of it's mesh front to maximize air flow through the case.

The case only comes with two fans though.

If you have a 240 or 280mm AiO to mount to the front then that would leave you only needing to get one additional fan to mount inside the case to maximize ariflow.

Otherwise, if you are using an air cooler for the CPU, then to maximize case flow you will need to buy an additional 3 fans.

the case can support the following:
1x120mm at the rear
2x120 or 2x140 at the top
2x120 or 2x140 at the front / or a 240mm or a 280mm AiO at the front.
