Foxconn G33M02 . The LGA 775 socket on this motherboard can use Intel Celeron, Pentium Dual-Core and Core 2 Dual Core processors. I know these cpus work but I don't which cpu is the best for the motherboard

Within Intel Celeron, Pentium Dual and Core 2, the best are of course, the Core 2 Dual because of the power they have comparing to the others. So what you have to do is to look for a list of the dual core 2 available.

Choose the best reference of core 2 duo according to a balance of (frequency) + (L2 cache memory), and don't forget to respect the maximum wattage(TDP) that your motherboard supports.

Observation

I can advance you that I read a bit of your motherboard specs and it says that it supports 667Mhz-800Mhz modes of FSB. Cool, but, according to the list I gave you, it means that you won't be able to install a core 2 better than an E4700 for example (which is the best one with FSB of 800Mhz).

Well, I avise you a cool and clear reading of your PC specification because maybe you can install a core 2 duo like an E6700, which gives you a larger frequency and L2 cache than an E4700, although, your motherboard will limit the FSB from 1066Mhz(E6700's) to 800Mhz(your standard) as manufacturer specified. See how coll it is?

But as I said, it may support or not, depending on your motherboard specification, or, you can just try on intaling, and the one that won't start the computer, of course will be because of FSB limitation or some other parameter limitation.

So I avise a cool and clear reading of your PC specification as I said previously.
