Foxcon G3302 mb Dell 530

I have main board Foxconn G33m02 +proc Intel e2200 .but I try to use proc Intel Pentium d 915 it's cannot display.i m sure that processor Intel Pentium d is good .
Can u help me why?

The processor you're trying to use is not compatible with that motherboard.

My best guess is that MB doesn't support CPUs over 95W. This is a common limit on OEM computers.
