Has anyone used this cooler? Is it any good?

http://www.directron.com/directron/pk04535.html

I currently have an XP 1700 w/ the stock cooler. I'd like to get a good, quiet, relatively cheap cooler to do some minor overclocking with the XP 1700. I'd also like to get a cooler that will work (eventually) with an XP 2400 or 2600.

I originally posted this in the Cooling section, but the CPU section seems to get a lot more views.

Thanks.

THG reviewed it.

BTW these are not CPU temps, they are simulated by a CPU simulator, which supposedly is a good way to bench coolers since it stays at a constant temp, to see the actual variation on the same heat dissipation.
