Yes, it has onboard GMA3100 graphics. This is suitable for text-based work only, and possibly low-resolution YouTube videos.
This board is ancient technology. It might be dirt cheap on the used market, but that is because 1) it is unsuitable for most modern uses (other than basic office builds), and 2) it uses non-solid electrolytic capacitors, which may have reached the end of their useful life.
