Foxconn G41MXE RAM issue

Hey guys!
So I have an old build, with a Foxconn G41MXE motherboard. It has 2 RAM slots with 2 DDR3 1333Mhz cards. The issue is that it doesn't seem to boot up when I have the 2 cards installed. It boots perfectly with just the one (lets call it the old one) but when I install the second one (new one) it can't even start the POST procedure. Now with this perticular motherboard there has been some issues with RAM and there are various .rom images on the manufacurers site:

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDetail.aspx?T=motherboard&U=en-us0000483

I have worked with these 3 images:
964F1P06
964F1P05
964F1P04
It use to be so, that with one of them while using the FOX LIveUpdate tool I could get the NEW RAM card to work on the second slot, but now it just doesn't work anymore. I tried removing the battery as well, but still no luck.
If you need more info ill be happy to provide. :)

Edit:
Thank you for the answers so far! However I already know that I can just buy the appropriate hardware. My point is, that until today I was able to use both RAM slots without any issue, with the appropriate .rom image. I'm asking if someone has an idea or a suggestion for me to try something w/o the need to buy extra hardware, as there really isn't any point to it.

Solution
G41 Chipset motherboards use low density memory. Most all memory manufacturers have discontinued that kind of memory years ago.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Matching up identical part numbers have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Here are a couple places that are reported to work with G41 Chipset motherboards.
