Foxconn H55MXV-LE Virtualization Issue

Hey can anyone give me some insight? My motheboard is a Foxconn H55MXV-LE and having a compatible processor (Intel I7 860) I wanted to enable Virtualization (Intel VT-d) to use virtualbox on Linux. The problem arises when I enable it in the Bios, I can no longer boot into Linux, although Windows 10 works just fine.

OK my bad, I was too vague, now I can only get hold of the computer on February.. This will have to be on hold, sorry to waste your time.
