Question Foxconn H61MX won't boot unless fan put off the processsor.

I recently bought a Foxconn h61MX v1 motherboard. I bought a i3 2100 processor to use with the motherboard but as soon as I put the cooling fan down onto the core the PC won't start, It won't even post. It would just start beeping on & on. When I take off the cooler from the processor (not the wires of the cooler from the motherboard, Just the cooler), The pc proceeds to boot. Whats the actual issue with the Motherboard?

Loose solder joints of the socket or broken traces that loses connection when getting pushed/pulled when you install the fan maybe. Sounds like you have physical damage to the mobo
