[SOLVED] Foxconn H61MXV/H67MXV motherboard BIOS update ?

I need the latest BIOS version for Foxconn H61MXV/H67MXV in order to fix major interference between the bios and windows 10. Im currently running on the oldest(probably) bios version which is ac3f1020.

Foxconn shut down its support websites at the beginning of 2019, there is no support - including manuals and BIOS updates available anymore.

I am surprised that windows 10 is running on that mobo at all
