So I am building my first pc and it really bothers me if the motherboard is compatible and if not I am thinking of getting an msi keyboard

another question is if a ddr3 graphics card compatible with a motherboard with a ddr2 ram

Yes, u would be having no issues using ddr3 graphics card with ddr2 RAM installed. Can u please tell about ur card and Mobo. It depends on Mobo not on manufacturer

MB memory is different to the GPU memory.
As long as the MB has the pcie type slot with right BIOS version, the ddr3 GPU will fit, because the pciex16 either 2.0 or 3.0 will be backward compatible, except some MB has the pcie1.1X16 slot.
