Foxconn Motherboard not detecting PCI Express Video Card.

Hello guys, i need some help here. The Motherboard is not detecting the PCI Express video card or the PCI slots. The fans of the video card are spinning but not working. I can't even see it in device manager. Should update the BIOS? Is a Foxconn A88GMV.

What video card are you trying to connect?

Have you used the card before, are you certain it works?

Are you giving enough power to the card?

I'm not clear what your saying. "Motherboard is not detecting the PCI Express video card or the PCI slots". How can the motherboard not detect it's own PCI slots?

I believe he means it's not detecting a card on neither PCI or PCIe slots.
