foxconn motherboard upgrades

Hi, I have an old Foxconn 45gm 45cm motherboard it is LGA socket 775 and it currently has the worst celeron cpu (440) 1.0ghz, I have seen multiple websites and forums about upgrading it to run a bit better, from what Ive heard the best graphics I can get for it is the GT 630 by nvidia and from what I can tell the best cpu for it would be the pentium D 950 but I just wanna know what is the best of the best I can get for this motherboard? (graphics + cpu) thanks a lot

According to This, you can put a core 2 duo in it and that will give you quite the boost.

So which one on that list is the best? also, does it matter if the cpu is conroe or not?? thanks

the red arrow indicates the various CPUS that can be loaded ont his board, and the blue one indicates the MAX TDP it can handle and as I mentioned earlier the one with the highest number is the better one. (x6800)
