Foxconn N15235 Memory Issue

i put in 2 sticks 2gig each. however it only reads 2.99 gig as usable. I wonder why. Any thoughts about this? thanks is advance whoever will help. Im a bit of a monkey interms of troubleshooting so be patient with me. thanks!

Running i3 windows 7 32 bit

Because you use the win7 32 bit version, it only recognizes 3GB RAM.

ohhhh dammmmmnnnn another rebuild thanks cin19 i was 70% in that, you just filled in the 30%.. thanks dude!
