Hey,

anyone know why BenQ is releasing this FP241VW model? Besides the different look of the stand & frame, I'm not certain what sets it apart from their "flickering" technology FP241WZ model... 😛

From what I can tell the FP241VW includes "Seneye". Basically, it is just adds a bunch of presents that can be used to "obtain" better quality images. Seneye also allow user adjustments to the presets from what little info I can gather.

Here is the official link, but I haven't been able to connect to it. Maybe they are having server issues:

While the FP241VW looks nice it is too rich for my blood. Were I to spend over $1,000 for an LCD monitor I would rather spend the extra money and go for one of the IPS panel variants.
