Fpd2185w driver

I need a driver for the FPD2185W (Gateway 21" monitor with pivot software). Windows 7 doesn't recognize the monitor and subsitute a VGASAVE monitor type. This gives me the wrong resolution and doesn't let me use EZTune to setup the pivoting.

Yes I did. The monitor is made by Gateway. There response "You warrranty is out of date...You may call 800-237-6483. at a rate of $2.95 per minute (billed to a credit card). "

I've since found that supposedly, there is no driver for this monitor. It should come up as a generic monitor. However, on one computer (Windows 7 32 bit), it is recognized as a FPD2185W monitor ; but it is not recognized on a Windows 7 64bit computer.
