FPS and Ping are both fine, but im still lagging

I dont really know a short way of explaining this, so ill try and do it as short as I can while still getting my issue across.

I log into pretty much any game (Ive only tried World of Warships, World of Tanks, and Armored Warfare at the time of this posting) and everything seems fine until I actually get into the game itself.
I get into the game, and see in the top left hand corner that my FPS is near 80 or so, and my Ping is in the low 20's So good numbers there (Unless im an idiot and High FPS is bad) so there shouldnt be any issues. However, when the battles actually start, there is almost a ten second delay between me pressing a button and a command being followed in the game itself. However, thats not all.

When the command is being followed (Going forward or turning) it is unbearably slow. Its almost like a turtle is in control of the tank or ship that im trying to get to move or something.

Like I said, its hard to explain. Also, everyone else on the screen is jumping around or staying still.

No you're not an idiot, the higher your FPS is the better. Also your ping is good. It all comes down to hardware, and also the driver of your GPU which should always be updated.

Every time I try and update, everything says that it is fine and up to date so I dont think that is the issue (CPU, GPU, and even my wifi adapter are all current and up to date)

Have you tried to update or even reinstall the games? That might help.
