[SOLVED] FPS bad with good specs

Title states my problem.
Cant seem to get good fps in any games even CSGO averaging with around 100-150 fps not fullhd / max settings (should get around 250-300 on fpsbenchmark.com) . Imo the FPS are bad and my friends with worse gpu's would likely get more fps than me.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
2x8GB GSKILL Aegis 3000mhz
8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS
bequiet pure power 11 600W

Can someone help because this has bothering me since a while!

I left CSGO quite sometime ago BUT to hear these 'drops' really a headache since u got 2600x and 2070! Have u ever visit AMD website and check/update your cpu chipset? (And your NVIDIA Control Panel as well..) Few other thing - install Wise Care(my favourite and there are many same softwares out there,maybe u already have one..) and run a check, defrag your games hdd or trim for ssd..
