FPS CRISIS GTX 1060 and i3 6100

So I spent CDN 424 dollars for the xtreme 1060 6gb so I can pair it with my i3 6100, online the benchmarks were all over 60 fps, and mine struggles even to hit the 60fps mark for example in gta 5, need help thank you.

MSI Afterburner will show GPU usage not sure if it will show CPU usage but the task manager shows that.

Usually gpu usage was around 50 to 80, and cpu usage was 85 to 99

Look at the bench marks they used the same spec and got higher fps

Did you follow the settings they have? Try updating your graphic card drivers.

I followed the video's system specs and got around the same fps. Sometimes higher. Driver version: 378.66

Edit: nvidia geforce is set to performance, not quality nor balanced.

i have those drivers and followed the setting and i get low 50 fps
