FPS decreasing over time

Hi
Im getting bothered by this but everyday ever since I got my new MSI 7602GB OC,I've noticed my fps started decreasing.When I hooked it up for the first time,I played CS:GO(Dust2) in Ultra/Very High settings(no motion blur),I got like 285-290fps.

Few days(like maybe 3 or a week),I saw that the fps has changed a bit,from 290fps to 270fps.Right now I get 220fps average.I monitor my temps most of the time,I get 70c avg under load and 35c on idle.

Is it starting to wear out or It's how it was designed to adapt on how much It's being used(<just a thought)?

I5-4670k(cooled w/ CM T4)
MSI Nvidia 760 2gb Oc edition
MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE
8gb 1333mhz Ram
120gb SSD+1tb WD HDD Caviar Blue
EVGA 600w +80 Bronze

Try defragging your mechanical drive, see if that make a difference.
Also, installed programs often run hidden exe files in the background taking up very little resources but it would be worth looking into.

You are updating your drivers right? On top of that you can try a clean GPU driver install using DDU.
