FPS drop after update

Some days ago windows updated. After that I opened cs:go(the only game I actually play). And was surprised about 40 to 60 fps when it usually was 180+ on high settings...
Also I noticed that my pc started working very slow. I googled and found thread on this forum where someone had almost same problem. In that thread people found solve in quick n'quiet function enabled. I opened bios and found out that it was enabled(I disabled it before) also cpu had stock frequencies. I disabled quick n'quiet function and overclocked cpu as it was before. 4200mhz.
Now pc works fine, but still in game I have 40 to 60 fps and sometimes little freezes.
Also I found out that in new update Xbox DRV function was enabled. I disabled it and still nothing changed.
PC Specs:
Fx6100 black edition OC to 4.2ghz
4gb of ddr3 RAM
R7 250x 2gb videoadapter(stock frequencies)
1tb seagate HDD

I know that this pc is not fire, but still I had good framerate b4 update.
Does anyone had this problem. And is there a way to fix it?

Sorry for my english It's not my native.

Solution
May I simply suggest that windows 10 update can change a dll function that the current video driver installed doesn't interact with properly, and the obvious reaction should be to uninstall video driver, reboot, and install a fresh copy (not even talking upgrading here, use same version) and see the result.

cheers

There is nothing about drivers. Problem appeared after windows 10 update. There is no place for these kind of jokes, people are trying to find way of solving problems, there are 4ch's and youtube for jokes.

Redstone changed up many things. Its worth looking into. Try not to flame people.

but there is nothing to do with amd drivers. problem appeared right after windows update.

Bro..... It could be an issue with them interacting... come on

Maybe I should say tat I am not that keen on in these thing? Can you tell me what to do, that possibly can help me?

I am also having this problem with my Skyrim Legendary edition. Went to bed last night and everything was working fine. Woke up today to this update and now my fps have dropped down to the teens. Completely unplayable. Using Geforce Gt730 and the game generally runs very smoothly always. Not sure what this redstone bs is but if they are messing up my system with this garbage I will not be quiet. My computer automatically updated to 10 from 7 one day and I have no backup now after having my hd replaced because their OS is garbage. They keep doing this crap.

come on. I wrote that I disabled DVR and nothing changed. Why you are suggesting me to disable it? When it is already done.

Finally someone is not trying to show how sarcastic he is. Thanks. Will try.

Watch the video, you need to go to regedit and disable two values which affect GameDVR. Just going through the xbox app might not work. I had the same issue and whereas normally i'd get 220 fps, the framerate dropped to 120. Modifying the values through regedit sorted that out. back to full fps. Worth a try

I wrote that disable DVR isn't that clear that I did went in regedit?
