[SOLVED] FPS Drop after upgrading cooler.

I switched my cooler because of temperatures when overclocking from a Rog Strix LC 240 to a LC 360, and right now im currently experience fps drops both on my stream and ingames. There is no temperature problems, and everything is running stable, but the games have dropped fps significantly.

The OC im doing right now is 5.0 Ghz on 1.3V, and it worked fine for a while until i started experiencing temperatures being significantly higher, and causing BSODs. My RAM is Gskill Trident Z RGB CL 14 running at 3500MHz. And GPU is running stable with no temperature issues at all. It all happened after i switched cooler.

Cinebench shows nothing on CPU, and scores higher than the average 9700K, with maximum 65 Celsius.

What could cause the FPS drops?

Run intel xtu benchmark for couple of hours, and tell me how stable the cpu speed were
