fps drop and constant freezes in game

while playing rainbow six siege my fps has dropped around 30% and my screezen feezes for 1-2 seconds every 5-10 seconds or so.This problem has come up suddenly and was not experiencing this issue at all before.
Specs
i5-8400
gigabyte h310
8gb ddr4 ram
zotac gtx 1050ti
vs450 PSU
all my graphic drivers are up to date
UPDATE: My cpu is reaching 100% on all 6 cores and so is my gpu
my temps are all near 70

What I did when I played CSGO, I don't know about Rainbow 6siege and if it is gonna work or not, is that if I put the priority of the game to almost high or sometimes high, there will be no freezing or something like that. Now I've got the 16gb ram, no problem at all!

Set your windows power settings to high performance, use msi afterburner to manage your nvidia card/oc it. Check your settings in Nvidia control panel. And make sure your monitor is running at its maximum hz. Games nowadays call for more than 8gb in the system. 16gb is the preferred amount.
