You'll have to give me details on your hardware spec but it does look like an overheating problem maybe if you list better detail spec and what games your trying to play you can get better help here

Worst case scenario you have have onboard integrated graphics with a dynamic VRAM 'up to' around 1GB.

Grab SDB-QWLA
+ If you use Firefox press [Ctrl]+[J] to open the download window, as it downloads almost instantly!

Then click on
- Get Computer Diagnostics
- then CPU-Z and GPU-Z
- and download CPU-Z and GPU-Z to check what your PC specs 'really' are.

Maybe your laptop is in Power Saver mode?
- Try using IObit GameBooster to make a new Power Profile that isn't held back, at the very least try it for testing.

That screenshot indicates your GPU is slower than a Radeon HD6570!

- Those '500' parts are mid range (eg: 1500, 2500, 3500, 4500, 9500), they're not really designed for modern games.
- The Pentium B960 isn't much chop for gaming either, it'll stutter about 5% to 10% of the time...

Disable V-sync, as your frame rate numbers indicate that it's enabled!
