[SOLVED] Fps drop because of Internet connection / router?

Hey all i have a question since I get fps drops in some games and searched online that it can be because of my internet connection/maybe router?
Some games work good others have some small fps drops and i also found out online that other ppl have the same problem.
So my question is , Is it possible it is because of my internet/router ???
In most games the fps drop problem is minimal but still disturbing. I know other ppl can play the same games without any fps drop at all too.
I have tried everything else btw. My CPU, GPU and RAM seem to be OK and my system is not overheated.
I can name my system=
i5 8600k cpu
gtx 1070 Ti
32 gb ddr4 3200mhz RAM.
PRIME Z370-P motherboard.
and games i have problem with=
Path of Exile
Fallen Earth
Rust
etc.

I hope anyone can help!

From what I have read it is game dependent but most games are not affected. The one I know internet connection can have a big impact on is cs go.

yeah CS GO works fine for me however
OK i tried a setting in Path of Exile in UI settings to set connection locksteck/auto to predicted
seem to have solved the fps drop problem in Path of Exile. at least
Its always good to use the google for help......... =)
but its still a problem with other games. maybe its my system and the games being not so good optimized.
next time i buy a computer it will be alot cheaper one since the expensive ones sometimes also is useless
