Question fps drop for all games

i have a i5 7500
a gtx 1060 6gb gpu
8gb of ram

and when i a, running real temp my tj max is lower than my temp. my temp is around 57 and my TJ max is around 48/49 literally every game i play there is major fps drops i'm new to gaming pc's so i really need help on solving this issue.

We need some additional information to answer this question as accuratly as possible. So we need some names of the games you play and what settings you play on.

thanks for replying i was playing rainbow six siege at high settings and i just started playing watch dogs at ultra settings ive also been playing csgo and i have stutters that can drop the game to 80 fps and then it goes back up in the 100s but also my disk space goes to 100 percent usage more than my cpu so im assuming thats what causes the fps drop but i wonder what causes the 100 percent cpu and disk usage my gpu goes to 100 percent spmetimes too.

i just put watch dogs to medium and all when i go outside the over fps is higher however there are still alot of stuttering when turning around the camera and running etc
