Fps drop in all games, until restat

Hello, I could really use some help around this problem.

So I have intel i5-4460 proccesor, gtx geforce 1050 graphics card.
When i start my pc first time in a day i get fps drops in all possible games. One thing i found being different then normal (its normal once i restart my pc) is that lets say in Overwatch my GPU is at 28 C, while when its normal it is around 60 C. I read on other posts but didn't find a solution to this. Could it be some hardware problem or just some driver/software problem?

It just sounds like you might be automatically using Intel HD graphics if you're GPU is at idle. Try uninstalling the Intel HD graphics and that should do the trick. If you're only noticing slight drops (unlikely), I can't help you.

Yes, i already disabled intel graphics, still the problem persists...

Based on you description, it sounds like your graphics card isn't getting enough power. Do you have a second power supply to test with?

I just recently bought a new PSU, Antec 500W and i am sure it is alright, but i will check and replug the cables
